O Deck works seasonally, respecting the cycles of nature. We sort plant waste from meal preparation and have it recycled by the LA TRICYCLERIE association in Nantes.  We are also referenced by VEGORESTO because we are committed to permanently offering on the menu a starter, a main course and a dessert totally made from vegetables (vegan). We also offer free boxes allowing you to take away any leftovers from your meals (doggybags).
